Refund policy

X We do NOT allow returns of explosive products (Pyrotechnic Hand Grenades and Smoke Grenades) for any reason other than malfunction. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that you receive a dud product, we will issue you a Store Credit: If you experience a product malfunction, please take the following action:
* Email us one or more clear photos or videos showing the the occurrence of malfunction or the result of the malfunction; or
* Bring us the product in person with your proof of purchase for our direct examination.

X We are not responsible for product failures due to incorrect usage! We provide careful bilingual instructions and videos to demonstrate correct usage of our Pyrotechnic devices. User is responsible to read or view these instructions beforehand to ensure safe usage and proper functioning of these devices.
