SHIPPING POLICIES:
Upon payment of your order, we will process your order within 24 hours--provided that you have established proof of Age 18+ by emailing us a copy of your valid, government issued Photo ID. Then we will ship your order on the same or next business day (weekends excepted ).
Provide correct information to ensure the timeliness of your shipment:
- Include your Apartment, Suite or Unit # if you have one; and
- Provide your Buzzer # or Entry Code if this is required for the Carrier to contact you or gain entrance to your building.
Signature Required upon Delivery:
- Signature of person aged 18+ with valid, government issued photo ID is required upon delivery
- Package CANNOT be dropped at your door
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Post Offices
Shipping Times:
- The shipping times we reference on our site are estimates from our carriers. Although these estimates are generally accurate, shipments of Dangerous Goods are NOT time guaranteed. Occasionally, unexpected circumstances can cause delivery delays. As such, we recommend that you place your order with time to spare: if you are right down to the wire, this is at your own risk!
- Once your shipment leaves our premises, you will be issued a Tracking # for the chosen carrier.
- Express Delivery is NOT available for Dangerous Goods: all shipments are sent by Purolator or Loomis Express Ground service.
